They are known for hiking the water bill up HUNDREDS of dollars!! A water bill that's usually between 50 to 70 dollars is all of a sudden more then 700 dollars¿ Yes right. This has happened to more then one person. And they will EVICT you for not paying. 700 dollars is an extreme amount of water for a trailer with no leaks. Poor business. And honestly people with no morals to continuously do this to people.
Dishonest, rude management (regional and park management). Neighbors are fine, overall. Management will ignore, lie about, or deny disputes about your rent/ utility bill / charges on your bill / requests for information on having repairs made - I'm currently 6 days in to waiting for them to fix my rent statement as they're trying to charge me $206 for ONE month of water and sewer - when I argued that this is not normal usage and there is a discrepancy on my bill I was met with radio silence - going on 48 hours (with just a c... read more
This park has really improved within the last couple of years. Hats off to Deana Carson!!! She care for her community. I highly recommend living here plus it budget friendly.
