Cheap place to live, but park has gone down hill in the last year... PARK IS UNSAFE TO WALK AT NIGHT. STEALING HIGHLY PREVALENT....this is as of 1/27/2023, now it's 8/25/2025 and nothing has changed.... As of 1/27/2023 noting has changed...
They are known for hiking the water bill up HUNDREDS of dollars!! A water bill that's usually between 50 to 70 dollars is all of a sudden more then 700 dollars¿ Yes right. This has happened to more then one person. And they will EVICT you for not paying. 700 dollars is an extreme amount of water for a trailer with no leaks. Poor business. And honestly people with no morals to continuously do this to people.
