Terrible Customer Service!!! The shop looks nice but the employees are not. After being misquoted for flower prices, then lied to and demeaned by several of the employees, I asked for a refund and went elsewhere.
best florist in town I have bought flowers from Goldie over the past year or two. Each time I enter her store I see new arrangements and some flowers I've never seen before. I recently bought an arrangement for a holiday party and everyone was commenting on how beautiful it was and wanted to know what type of flowers they were. I'm amazed at how long the flowers last. The quality is worth every penny. and the staff is always friendly..
FRAUD ALERT! FRAUD ALERT! After placing an order by phone using a debit card, on 12/24/10, my card was used by an employee of sherwood florist to buy things locally for herself which she then picked up claiming to be my secretary. The other store told her she needed an address to match the card, at that point she called me back using the business phone (caller id), I recognized her voice so I gave it to her. Clever name, beautiful flowers This shop is located conveniently (if you're in Claremont) at the corner of Foothill Blvd. and Indian Hill. It has a great look both on the outside and inside. The stone exterior exudes a cottage-like feel, and the interior smell wonderful and bursts with color. I love supporting a local business, and always receive great service from the staff here.
