Great experience. Store front people were knowledgeable and were able to send me home with samples and set up a date for a quote quickly. The estimator was efficient and didn't try to upsell me on things we didn't need. He gave us a very reasonable quote on the spot. We were able to set up an install quick and the installers were prompt, polite and efficient. Very impressed. Will definitely deal with them again.
I had Sherwood flooring replace some flooring in my home march 2024. There was a low spot underneath that needed to be filled. A year later the area they replaced had started to come apart and when I step on the area that was supposed to be filled and repaired I can feel there is still a low spot. I contacted them and was told they would not warranty the repair as they don’t warranty any repairs. I’ve also asked why I was invoiced for having the low spot filled when it clearly hasn’t been. Our are luxury vinyl floor installer was very professional Courteous and very helpful if you’re getting vinyl planks put in you should request Eric. We also had carpet installed on our stairway. That experience was not as pleasant. Cleanup was poor carpets tuffs all over the house,strings hanging out of the carpet not the best installation job I’ve seen..The sales person extremely helpful and they know their stuff.
