We are so happy and impressed!!! Our new flooring is absolutely perfect!!! We had the greatest experience. Right from the salesman Bill, office workers, and our installer. Erick was unbelievable. So professional and workmanship is out of this world!!! We have not seen work ethic like this for a very long time. Highly recommend!!!
Nothing but good things to say! We had Sherwood Flooring come re-do our whole basement and main level flooring (carpet, and vinyl plank) and from beginning to end they were phenomenal to work with. The good: the store has many options and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Kimmy for all her help and knowledge! The bad: the first installer we had was dismissive of our concerns. Basically saying he would not go back and fix what we didn’t like (he put the exact same planks of vinyl side by side and didn’t take the time to ensure the flooring looked nice).
