I just went there today and reception girl was so rude. Please somebody teach her some communication skills. I guess in healthcare you should be polite and kind.
I came here once a few years ago for out patients but arrived really late and they filled up, which is on me, but when I asked if they were still open some snobby lady at the desk just said "read the sign" which said "full" but at the time I was confused and didn't understand what "full" meant exactly due to being uneducated at the time, when I asked for an elaboration she just stared at me with a dirty look and ignored me, so I asked someone nearby and they gave me a cold brush-off and said "it says full" so I left feeling ... read more
Called them to book an appointment and they mentioned to come in person. Then I came at 7, they mentioned to pre-book. I came next day at 7 with a booked slot, receptionist told me I'm doing it for now...we do not take pre booked slots so better come same day..... like seriously ? Have pain in my finger for weeks, doctor didn't even listen to me properly or order tests for me..she mentioned clinically just a ligament is broken which you can heal with ice pack.....just a ligament? How are you open only one weekday a week? I'm not talking my kid out of school and wide from work so I can go to a clinic at 730am to have a form signed (5-10min and $50l This is only 1 of 2 walk in clinics in charolettetown, and this one is open 2 days a week.
Plenty of parking, excellent reception staff, and great doctors.
