Plenty of parking, excellent reception staff, and great doctors.
I had an excellent experience at this walk-in clinic. The administrative staff went above and beyond—she arrived early to start checking people in and ensured everything was running smoothly before the clinic even opened. Her organization, professionalism, and friendly attitude set a positive tone for the entire visit. The doctor I saw was just as outstanding. Front desk lady was very unpleasant! Her attitude can make or break someone’s day and it sure did break my own! They said my baby had allergies prescribed eyes drop and I still had to take him to the hospital and got antibiotics and an inhaler!
Very bad experience, receptionist doesn’t know how to communicate properly. Need to wait for long time.
This is the worst clinic I’ve ever been in my life. A lot of people came here today. Google and website says it’s open, we have been waiting for 3 hours for nothing. The doctor isn’t here and it didn’t say.
