I have lived here for over 17 years. No one knows who is in charge here. I contacted 3 different people that all said they were "in charge" of the property. We had a fire in the laundry room. Since there is no on site super for months now the fire alarm went off for 20 plus minutes. My neighbor had a problem and called the emergency number and still hasn't gotten a response. I have lived here for over 15 years. The property manager Raimonda Sai is the WORST!! My sink backed up and overflowed after 5 days of bailing water and 3 calls from the code enforcer she finally forwarded it to mantinance. My shower broke and I was totally unable to use it ,after several weeks she finally forwarded it to mantinance. My oven (the first time) broke and months later after she went on vacation another co-worker called the repairmen. I recently went to view an empty apartment at Sherwood Court and the woman who was supposed to meet me sent the on site Maintenance guy instead. I think his name is Juan. WOW! What a guy! He was polite and courteous and seemed to answer ever question before I had the chance to ask. This guy knows how to sell an apartment and the property was absolutely Gorgeous. I haven't heard back yet about the apartment but I hope they call soon!
