My partner and I just moved into Sherwood Court Apartments, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience—largely thanks to Jonathan. From day one, he’s been incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming. No matter the question or issue, he always answers the phone and takes care of things right away. It’s clear he truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. We feel lucky to have such a great manager—Jonathan is the best!
I have lived here for over 17 years. No one knows who is in charge here. I contacted 3 different people that all said they were "in charge" of the property. We had a fire in the laundry room. Since there is no on site super for months now the fire alarm went off for 20 plus minutes. My neighbor had a problem and called the emergency number and still hasn't gotten a response. I have lived here for over 15 years. The property manager Raimonda Sai is the WORST!! My sink backed up and overflowed after 5 days of bailing water and 3 calls from the code enforcer she finally forwarded it to mantinance. My shower broke and I was totally unable to use it ,after several weeks she finally forwarded it to mantinance. My oven (the first time) broke and months later after she went on vacation another co-worker called the repairmen.
