Rude. Absolutely. Set a time to meet with salesman. He verified multiple times, including the day of. He then sends a message a few hours before saying it sold. "Sorry bout that" and offered an entirely different and more expensive vehicle.
Was told vehicle was available. Visited and test drove. Negotiated price and left with signed paper agreeing on price. Called less than 6 hours later to put a deposit and arrange financing(keep in mind I have an excellent credit score). Was told he would call me back with finance numbers. and then never heard back. Waited over 24 hours and called the next day to find out they sold vehicle to a “family friend” after talking to me the day before. Never called to notify that my sale was not going to go through.
Good staff, will choose next time to come in the middle of the week. On a Saturday, 3 hours to go through the process. Vehicle selection was good, but was required to put new plates on, not transfer of plate that is already owned.
They were up front with info and out the door price. I’m not ready to buy at the moment.

I inquired about the Tahoes but have not had time in my schedule to go see them yet. Hoping to this coming week. SOmeone got back to me immed. by phone and they have checked in twice but definitely not being overbearing nor pushy like other dealerships!
Listed vehicle at a great price to draw customer. Vehicle was verified available and than said it was not available. What a waste of time.
The dealer responded quickly, the car was as described, it was clean and ready to go when we got there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family.
I worked with Justin, and he was very helpful and kept me posted on all the processes, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good deal.
