Because of the closeness to Sherwood Automotive Services, thought we’d give them a go. Booked the car in with Troy who was very good and professional. He called me about one or two repairs that were required and decided to go through with his advice. The Air con was one of the things that was listed to be looked at. Unassuming place but well equiped with awesome mechanics who do a great job at a reasonable price. Worth going out of my way to get my car repairs / servicing done.
I had a very disappointing experience with this workshop. I brought my car in for a routine service, and when I got it back, there were noticeable scratches on the body that were not there before. When I raised this with the owner (Troy), instead of taking responsibility or even investigating, he became defensive and aggressive, outright denying any involvement and telling me to “prove” the scratches weren’t already there. Honest mechanical business. Showed me the parts they took off and replaced. Worked with me as I need my Ute for work so they realised my urgency and I feel as though their pricing is very honest and trustworthy.
