PLEASE !!! Do something about the loud music late at night on 13th floor! Potential renters: same message for you : DO NOT RENT AT THE SHERWOOD Don't come to rent in this building. I repeat: DO NOT COME TO RENT IN THIS BUILDING. The biggest reason is because shut down the flow of water and electricity quite often. On top of that, the elevators are in terrible condition.
ATTENTION to all potential tenants: DO NOT RENT AT THE SHERWOOD !! The loud music late at night(11pm/1am)is disturbing the neighbors on 13th floor, PLEASE do something about it. There are always problems with elevator and be prepared for cockroaches to become your roommates as well .
Hi take moment about to be resident in Sherwood I’m very happy with Mrs farida customers service she’s the best plus I’m delightful with building manager ms Rebecca very good and nice maintenance Mr George his good maintenance very very happy
I’m a resident in the building for a couple years now and i would like to specifically appreciate Mrs. Fardia from the front desk for being helpful every time and i appreciate the management professionalism of Mrs. Rebecca for her work
Mrs farida the concierge of the building she s helpful and kind shes like grandma to us and the building manager too rabeka building manager she hard working .
