I received my renewal letter by email about a month ago and have been trying to discuss my renewal ever since. Unfortunately, getting basic information from management has been extremely difficult. I keep getting told to go to one building or another, but there is no clear point of contact, no one seems to have the information I need, and emails to management often go unanswered. Terrible living conditions. I absolutely do not recommend this building. Every summer, there are serious problems with the air conditioning. During extremely hot weather, the AC stops working, and sometimes the temperature inside the apartments gets so high that it becomes genuinely unsafe for residents. There are also constant problems with the water and elevators. Even when management fixes something, it often breaks again within a few hours or a couple of days.
