I was informed that my rental was waived for 4 months and it was then reversed due to internal error. This made me obviously owe a lot of money all of a sudden. I was informed several times that I was fine throughout those months. Managers take no accountability for mistakes and I am probably going to be homeless as a result of a 4 month bill. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! 1. The management is so freaking rude and unprofessional. They will literally shrug their shoulders and tell you that it’s not their responsibility. They will keep passing you to another person and get rid of you. 2. A/C NEVER WORKED HERE! I literally had to fight with them and say the “F” word right in their face because the A/C didn’t work in scorching hot weather of July.
