Literally the worst management you will ever encounter.The management is not helpful and useless.If you are ever thinking to move here, save yourself from troubles.First of all, the apartment’s bathroom is made with cheap paint and consistently falling over.They would ask $500 deposit to use the guest room:). Lexi be kind of client ⸻ I would like to bring attention to the poor management and unprofessional behavior at Sherwood at Southern Towers, particularly concerning the conduct of the manager. Communication with residents is often hostile, lacking both respect and solutions to tenant concerns. A serious issue occurred when I provided my move-out notice and requested maintenance services. Moved in this week, it was a smooth transition. From the paperwork to scheduling an elevator. Ms. Lexi and Ms. Makena were FABULOUS. They have been a blessing throughout this process. Thank you so much and very grateful. Even the concierge who i call "Mama" is welcoming and goes beyond to help you.
