I’ve been living at The Sherwood for a while and honestly I wouldn’t tell anyone to move here. The power goes out all the time the elevators barely work and the ventilation and AC are always acting up which really sucks in the summer. For the price we pay it’s just not worth it
Every week something is not working. AC/Elevators/Electricity, this is ridiculous.
Miss Farida at the front desk is amazing! Always so friendly and helpful. 💛 She goes above and beyond to take good care of us… and our packages! ;)
These 5 stars are for the lovely Mrs. Freida who works at the front desk. When we had issues moving in she provided comfort and assistance. When we had difficulty with our air conditioning she made sure someone helped us right away. She is such a genuinely caring and kind person. It makes my day every time I see her :)
Farida can easily be described with one word, "Divine". She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service here at the apartment complex. I appreciate how invested she is with getting to know the tenants. I can always trust that my mail is being taken care of with the utmost importance when she is working.
