This is the best animal clinic ever!! The staff is amazing!
Truely heartbreaking and frustrating encounter. I took my Cane Corso puppy, Zeus, to the Cypress Animal Clinic in Orange, Texas for an ear cropping surgery and boarding between September 2nd and September 12th. I am located in San Antonio, Texas, but I had driven five hours each way just so I could take him there because I honestly thought this was going to be the best place for him. Horrific Final moments for our dog…Our Dog went to Sherwood before we got him and so we kept him there. Originally he went in Silsbee the staff knew him loved him it was a great experience. With time and staff changes the feel of the place changed. He started going to Beaumont and had to be put down he could non longer walk and was in horrible pain. DO NOT GET NEAR THIS PLACE!!! On August the 4th my wife decided to take our 11 years old Ragdoll cat since had been sick for the past 5 years with kidney problems and they had the guts to lied to us on our face with something so delicate like that , they did some studies and only told us that we had to leave him for 4 days to rehydrate him that was it , they come up with an 1100 dollars bill and i paid it with the hope that our cat will recover since it had a couple downfalls in the past and got well after the procedure but ... read more
