At my appointment last week, the receptionist was checking me in, and almost immediately I was taken to a room for some evaluation. In less than 7minutes I was ushered to the phlebotomy lab where blood was taken while I had a quick conversation. The staff at this NY Blood and Cancer center is pleasant, knowlegeable, and reassuring. It is a marvelous facility.
First visit and was pleasantly impressed with how nice the Doctor and entire staff were from checking in to checking out Very professional and very knowledgeable about my situation.
