Got right in a door, even tho I had to leave and come back closer to my appointment time, it wasn't really a big deal. Just make sure you don't get there real early.
Made a delivery here. My delivery number was not valid and they had to find a time slot to put me in. Luckily it wasn't too long of a wait. Trucks park on the street behind the building while waiting for their appointment. The office guy was super polite and respectful.
They go by appointment but are pretty fast.
