Burnell is incredible. It's extremely rare these days that someone greets you properly, is knowledgeable about their product and goes to great lengths to get you the right product and for the right price. He is amazing at prioritizing customers and their needs to keep everything moving efficiently and who doesn't love a manager that grabs a broom especially in the middle of the day. I know where I'm going for paint from now on. Great job!
Paint was called in, when picked up we didnt catch that they gave us a wrong product, applied and now it has to be sand off and reapplied. Only thing they offered as a reimbursmant was correcr paint difference credit. (we paid for original, chaeaper one) but the labor of 2x painting jobs +sanding+ renting sanding machine, not even mentioning the headache around it
