Find another store. Ordered online and waited a couple hours for a notification that my one can of paint was ready. Never got a notification, which is unusual. Decided to go to the store and wait for it. There was one customer in the store and 3 people working. Asst mgr told me he hadn’t seen the order but would mix the paint right away. I had to shout out the assistant manager Isaiah at Waldorf Sherwin-Williams today 👏🏽 I watched him deal with one of the rudest customers I’ve seen in a while, and when I say he handled it like a pro… he really did. He stayed calm, professional, and respectful, but also didn’t let her talk to him any kind of way. That balance is not easy. I made sure to tell him I noticed and appreciated how he handled it.
