The store Manager, Sean has excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, trustworthy and a great manager. Sherman Williams is my go to place for quality paint and supplies.
Really poor customer service experienced today. Called to order paint and was immediately placed on hold by employee. Hold line automatically hung up on me after 3-4 minutes. Called back later and no pickup by employee. Voicemail prompt dead-ends and hung up on. Called back 3-4x over the next 4hrs; employee answered once with "please hold". Please staff your store, conduct customer service training, and fix your phone tree problems.
