I’ve been a frequent flyer at the Geneseo Sherwin-Williams lately, and Conrad has been incredible to work with every time. He’s kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help everyone in the store. He’s efficient, attentive, and makes the whole process easy—truly great customer service!
I bought their top of the line Emerald paint. When purchasing it, it took the two guys working about 30 minutes to make my one quart of paint, just to get it home and have it separate, bubble and ruin the wall. When I took it back, they told me they didn’t have any evidence something was wrong with it. I’ll never buy paint there again and I highly recommend going elsewhere. They clearly do not know what they are doing and have zero customer service.
I have been doing business with this Sherwin Williams since my mom started her business when I was 12 years old. I have been in business for 8 years and I refuse to go anywhere but here. Paint quality is unmatched. Stephen has a wealth of knowledge and all of the staff are ready and willing to help to the best of their ability

Robert, the store associate was awesome. He helped me with all my questions showed me color snap, just all-around, calm and courteous with the whole store and it was busy plus he remembered my name. Great experience call
