The man who attended to me today between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM didn't do a very good job with the color; he just kept talking on the phone with his wife. They should fire him—now I have to repaint the whole wall because of him.
Coustemer service horrible...
Not only was your staff helpful, but he took the time to go over my options for the project that I was working on. Very polite, considerate, and knowledgeable about the product.
I usually don’t write reviews but this store deserved it. Went in last 10 minutes before the store closed today and the store manager was exceptionally helpful. He was very courteous and helped me find the white paint that I need while providing an AMAZING price on it. Definitely will start doing my business here.
The store manager, David, is great! I stopped by to see if they could color match a Pantone code and, although this store did not have the needed Pantone color book, David was able to put me in contact with another local Sherwin-Williams location that he knew would have the book on-hand. He even gave me the manager's and assistant manager's info for the other store just in case. I definitely plan to use this location in the future for any painting needs!
