Without a doubt the cleanest and most organized paint store I have ever been in but what prompted my review was the excellent job Megan did in doing a custom color match for a cabinet—conscientious, pleasant and professional.
You’re a paint store and don’t sell DIY sample board kits? So I have to make 2 stops- one to buy paint from you and a second stop to Home Depot or Ace hardware, just to make a sample board? I left and went to JC where I can buy both…
Similar to what others have shared, we have had a very difficult time at this particular Sherwin Williams store. Abby, the store manager, is quite unprofessional, extremely impolite, and only gives preferential discounts to select customers. We shifted our business to JC Licht (aka Benjamin Moore) because they treat us with dignity and value our repeat business. If you really need to buy SW go up the street to the Ashland location.
The Best Sherwin-Williams of them all. Everyone here has a smile and is eager to help. They also are very knowledgeable about their products they sell. That's very important.
