We were not greeted when we came into the store nor did any of the employees ask if we needed any assistance our entire time in the store. The employees had headphones in, on their phone and were talking amongst themselves. A slightly disappointing experience.

I'm a homeowner, not a contractor. I went in to buy some trim paint that had been used in my home and thought I had puzzled out what I needed. When I mentioned my contractor's first name, the person working at the counter told me that no, that painter actually uses a different product. The fact that he listened, knew my contractor, cared enough to have a conversation, and got me the right paint is great customer service. To them, the sale was only a gallon of paint.
