On a spring morning they left Dan all by himself I don't know if Sherwin knows but spring is usually busy in Michigan. Luckily for this location Dan is the man. He was able to quickly take care of many painters in a rush. He deserves a raise. And the scheduler needs to take a closer look at the schedule.
Customer service person found the paint that I needed. It is a rare color. Very pleased with the service I received
I have been a loyal customer at SW for years and today was the worst customer service experience of any store in southeast MI. Dan was not only disrespectful and completely unqualified for his job, but it he also made it very clear that any effort in communicating was too much of a nuisance. Also, if you're going to smoke, step completely outside of the back door (even when it's cold and raining) so the entire store doesn't smell like an ash tray.
