We were helped by Quinn, zero help. I’m not sure if he was new or just struggled to understand what we were asking but it was not good customer service. Won’t be going back.
Great service best products.
Today while I was taking a gallon of ceiling paint out of my car to return, I dropped it on the ground and it burst open, spattering my back tire and on the car next to mine! Luckily it happened in front of the store so I could go in and ask for help and the 4 employees working took care of it like pro's. I felt helpless, imagine dropping a can of paint! They reassured me that it was ok and happens more than people think and its better than a 5 gallon one spilling. Thanks for your excellent customer service!
Still my favorite sherwin Williams location. Always so helpful!
