My husband and I came in looking for a yellow toned paint to paint our front door. When we asked the associate for assistance, we were met with a very condescending response where he basically told us he refused to sell yellow toned exterior paint because it would fade in the sun. When we explained that the door in question is covered and never gets hit by the sun and we were plenty okay with repainting in a year if needed, he stated that they don't even carry yellow exterior paint. Well, I did an online order and never received a response that was my order was ready for pickup. Three days later I went to the store to pick it up but no one had bothered to gather the items ordered. So I went around the store myself to locate and gather the items. One item was not found. What is the point to have online ordering if your employees are not going to be bothered to fulfill the order.
