Same as other customer, the experience I had today at both the San Ramon and the Danville store was not very professional. The people sitting at Danville store didn’t have much product related information. While the person sitting at San Ramon store doesn't even have idea who came 1st and last. I came to the store n no one was there . He asked me to wait, by the time he finished on the phone few more customers came n he started dealing with them.
