The dude working at 5pm on Feb 25 at this location in RSM. He was super rude to me regarding done samples I needed. First he hung up on me when I called. Next, when I came in he had the nerve to question whether I was really working with a contractor when I gave him two different phone numbers for my painter. I’m so irritated I might have to switch to a Dunn Edwards color.
I had such a great experience at Sherwin-Williams thanks to Christopher! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me choose the right paint. He explained everything clearly, gave great suggestions, and made the whole process so smooth. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction, but Christopher absolutely does. I’ll definitely be coming back because of his excellent service. Highly recommend!
