I came in to get some int paint for my bathroom that I was re- modeling....An employee named Curtis helped me find everything I needed. He was so nice and patient as I dont know much about painting. He went above and beyond to make sure my project was going to have the best outcome and even offered some very helpful advice as well. I wish every employee could be like him! Will def be coming back next time need paint supplies :)

Christopher is such an amazing employee! He was so kind, helpful, and just overall so cheerful. He helped me paint-match multiple gallons of paint and walked me through the whole process. I really appreciate the great service!

This was my first time visiting this Sherwin-Williams store. I needed a very small amount of paint for a wall touch-up—just a few square inches. I asked an employee for the smallest amount available, and I was told that the minimum size they sell is one gallon. The employee even walked me over to the display and pointed at the gallon cans, saying there were no smaller options. The dude working at 5pm on Feb 25 at this location in RSM. He was super rude to me regarding done samples I needed. First he hung up on me when I called. Next, when I came in he had the nerve to question whether I was really working with a contractor when I gave him two different phone numbers for my painter. I’m so irritated I might have to switch to a Dunn Edwards color.
