The tall white bald man maybe I his 30s or so. Only one there that day. He was rude and pompous. We just left after our interaction became worse and worse. To start, my niece and I got there and the door was locked and the metal security door behind it was down, too. The note on the door said in the restroom be back soon. Waited about 10min.
