The singular employee I interacted (mid 30s, brown haired guy with earrings) with was miserable and quite snappy, although I had mentioned I was at a novice level of knowledge with paints. If it’s close to you and you don’t care about quite possibly the worst customer service you’ll ever have, I’d recommend to go here.
This is one of the worst costumer service you’ll have , have to wait like 40 minutes to get 4 gallons of paint , they prioritize big order like is our problem to don’t have enough personal to do packing on their store .! I don’t really recommend to go in that store one of the worst I ever been.!
Nice layout but no customer service. We were there for a good 10-15 mins but no one came out to greet us.
I had an outstanding experience at the Sherwin-Williams store thanks to Kimberly! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help us with our paint needs. Her expertise and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Honestly, we’d go back to this location just because of her exceptional service. Highly recommend this store and Kimberly for anyone looking for top-notch assistance!
