I was hopeful that this location would be able to help me get started with a project, but was met with very disappointing staff. Their store was experiencing water damage, but their staff was very unprofessional and asked blunt questions regarding paint color with no follow up or guidance. They were expressing difficulties with a poor attitude and left me feeling extremely unwelcome. It was challenging to be greeted like this - wouldn’t recommend this store.
I went to 3 different Sherwin Williams to find concrete paint. By far, the absolute BEST customer service was by 'Morgan' at the Bethesda location. He was not only helpful and nice, he actually had the paint I needed. He is a real standout from my interactions with multiple Sherman Williams store employees. Bravo for hiring people like him and I will be buying all my paint from him in the future!

Free parking and coffee! Nice assistants. Good location. Just got a dead-on color match paint here.
Coming from so far away with this crazy traffic I got two minutes before six. All I want is spray of primer. The door is locked and close so these people close before six this is not functional.
