You have to ask about the price before you order, i went their and Lady told me the price + taxes, after that she went to do it and the guy take over and try to charge me $30 more i told him the lady said different price he asked here and said okay and lower the price back!!!
Very helpful and friendly
This location has amazing staff who are extremely knowledgeable with all the products. Andrew was absolutely brilliant with welcoming us in and helping me choose correct paint and tools.
The people behind the counter were able to match my paint and were very helpful!
I received a great customer service here in the past but this time, I was served by an extremely rude lady with blonde hair and Asian descend. Her demeanor and tone of voice was condescending, rude and extremely disrespectful. She was so quick to ask me to go to another store instead of telling me when she might have the product. I hope she gets some training on better customer service. I game more than 1 star because she seemed knowledgeable on paint colors
