Amazing office building. Great infrastructure!
I love Sherin Williams they've always been a trusted brand for me. But... I've got to say they and (the paint industry) in general has made it very difficult to get exactly what you want. Went in to a local Chicago store several times knowing exactly what I want in paint color and several times they've said well... we can't do it with that paint, or in that finish or etc. but we can do it in a different label that's more expensive. A builder had me come out on his first build to paint. I had the tinted lacquer made up. "Pure white" was supposed to be. It said pure white. So at the end of the job ,which was an hr away , I needed a gallon of lacquer to finish some doors. They came out the right color. The only thing that is the right color is the 5 doors I painted last. Now I have a realtor going through with paint splotches. My rep wont ever answer his phone. The worse 2 gallon primer sold at any Lowes branch Sherwin Williams .. I used the primer before from home depot for 17 years .. I prime and paint one time after the primer. Now after the primer I have to use 3 time regular paint.. check your primer.. not smoth . Look like the manufacturer add alot of white cement or whatever they add. Really worse primer I use so far..
