Wouldn't even give them minus 5. This place is appalling. My building hired them to replace the flooring after a major flood. While my property managers are great, this place and their saleswoman come off as insane. Their team threw everything that wasn't nailed down in massive piles in either side of our apartment and their carelessness snapped the leg off of a $1300 motorized bed base, among a number of other damaged items.
