I ordered two gallons of paint from this store the other day. The color I chose was based on the sample they made for me. The color I received was not the same as the sample and the sales clerk refused to help me other than saying to come back on Monday to speak with his manager. Prior to taking the paint home, I did not see the color as there was no paint sample on the lid nor did they provide a can opener. Now I am out $100 for paint that I cannot use. Great customer service and employees that are always willing to help out and answer any questions. I'm totally won over to paint in the big box hardware stores!
