The store is nice, but the person I worked with was not particularly helpful. Took a sample of paint from another manufacturer. The worker in the store stated they had the same color and I just needed to tell my painter the name of the color. However, if you look up that color in the Sherwin-Williams brand it is very different from the sample I brought in, even though they had the same name. Overall, the worker didn't seem very interested in helping me so I soon ended our conversation and looked at things on my own.
Definitely was my go to location before today. Staff wasn’t the best, was questioning my choices and my abilities. Definitely made it seem like I had to answer questions because they’re not familiar with different styles of painting the girl with the green hair should definitely not be working with customers without having more experience and knowledge. Definitely taking business to a different location till problems are addressed.
