I had a very unpleasant experience. When I politely asked if they could check the paint price from one of the accounts, the person there responded rudely and unprofessionally, saying something like “why do you care, it’s already a good price.” I was simply curious about the pricing on that account, nothing more. I don’t appreciate that kind of attitude, especially in a place where customers come to get information and make purchases.
