Prompt and friendly service.
Very poor customer service compared to the many of other Sherwin-Williams that I go to. Not to mention they almost never seem to have anything in stock that or very limited of what you may need..
Male employee did not greet me. He was very gruff and not interested in helping another customer find a color to match. I was not greeted until the second employee clocked in. She was very helpful and got the paint I wanted right away. She is the only reason that I am not leaving a one star review.
