Knowledge and capability level definitely depends on who’s scheduled to work.
As a contractor who often finds myself in many SW’s from here to Florida; this is, hands down, the best Sherwin Williams in the area and that’s due solely to Jeff. Jeffs product knowledge is extraordinary, he goes above and beyond his duties to make sure I have everything I need for a job, follows up on my upcoming projects AND he’s personable, professional and competent to boot.
