I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Sherwin-Williams store. Before I drove over, I called the store a couple weeks ago and specifically asked if they could stir and tint paint that I had purchased from another store but was Sherwin-Williams brand. I was told yes. Based on that information, I made the trip. When I got there, Cody refused to help me. I was told they had the paint and would honor the price at another Sherwin Williams, when I got to this store I was told my account wasn't eligible for the price that the other store was willing to give me. I requested for them to see if there was any way they could match it maybe if a manager was present and the person behind the counter walked in the back really quick walked back out and said they were out of remedy's so even if he wanted too they couldn't, very disappointed in this location and definitely won't be back.

This shop covers all the basics and had a very good product by Helmsman. The advice about how to use it was very good. Although it was different from what was on the can, the project turned out very nicely and their advice was good.
