That had to be the worst experience I have had when buying paint. The guy was watching a soccer game going on tv, Music blasted in the back, and not paying attention. I came in on the phone getting directions of what the contractor wants for paint and I’m trying to tell the employee. I told him a gallon of paint, the color and the brand. he ran to the back, Grabbed a gallon of paint and started mixing the color. What a disappointment this store is. I have a large project and was recommended to try Sherwin Williams. Two trips to this location, both times no greeting when entering the store, no one offering to assist. Second trip I came in to purchase a sample, 4 employees in the store and one customer, still no greeting. When I finally got the attention of an employee and asked to purchase a paint sample I was told they were out and to just go to Lowes. Noted, will purchase elsewhere and not return.

I’ve been to this location only 3 times, and every time I come in it’s the same thing , rude condescending employees there. Not helpful or knowledgeable. Won’t be taking my business there anymore. Jose was rude and unprofessional, needs to be removed from the store. Will call corporate and let them know.

The sales associates at the store are rude and short when asked any questions. Not helpful at all. The sales associate Jesus was really rude and lacks any customer service. If this sales associate doesn’t like the work there he should look elsewhere. Contacting corporate soon .
