Excellent service, especially from Alex! Alex listens to the needs and makes sure to match products, solutions, and tips to the problem. Alex helped me carry paints to my car in the rain in our first interaction (we’ve had 2) and he even stayed a few extra minutes to help me complete my order and get a discount before it expired the next day. Needed a quart of Primer, walked out with a 5 gallon pale of the Sherwin Williams Premium wood and wall Primer, Alex was helpful in showing me a special buy, costs per quart went way down, its primer, it will be used, great service great paint been a customer of the Fort and Catonsville locations for a long time.
