Wanted to give a big you thank you to the staff at our local Sherwin Williams in Oregon City! We found ourselves needing paint for a touch up job and only had a dried up old paint can to go by - we brought in the colored lid and with that, Matthew there was able to mix several different paint colors and come up with a PERFECT match for our job!!! After running into some frustrating issues and unexpected price changes with an online order, I decided to visit the store in person. I’m so glad I did—Skye, the manager, went above and beyond to resolve everything quickly and professionally. His commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Exceptional service that turned a stressful situation into a positive experience!
Started my project at a set price for the paint, went with a dark exterior color, but unfortunately last minute a good amount spilled the store I was purchasing from ran out and they sent me to this store, since my spill began during spraying I sent my friend to pick up the pain. When he gets back I find out they charged me close to 100 dollars a gallon not honoring my original price. Order filled great. One employee was just curt and confrontational. Maybe she didn't notice that my shirt didn't haven't paint on it. I wasn't the contractor. I was the property owner. Who has 10 more structures that need to be painted. I thank her. Because now I know the address of miller paint. All future business gone over one dummy's attitude.
