Best dental office I’ve been to it’s always clean and my appointment times are always accurate and they do an amazing job. The two ladies at the front Rineta and Lindsay are always so kind and helpful.
I’ve been a patient at Sherway Trillium Dental for over 4 years now and I am extremely happy with the service I receive from the receptionists, hygienist and the dentists I have seen. I can always be seen in a timely fashion. The care is exceptional and very professional. Never, at any point, have I been hit with unexpected charges as written quotes have been issued for every procedure and options are discussed as well, especially if it is going to be an expensive treatment. **Disappointing Experience - Unnecessary Costs and Lack of Transparency** I recently visited this dental office and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the start, I asked the receptionist multiple times about my insurance coverage, but I didn’t get clear or upfront answers.
