We stopped in while we are on vacation with a tail light out. Should have been an expensive fix. These new cars with non friendly self fixs. Got us back on the road without breaking our wallet. Friendly staff and we will certainly recommend them. Thanks you guys.
On a vacation 1,500 miles away from home, our van died. The alternator completely gave out. They had the vehicle back up and running within 1/2 a day at a very similar price to our shop at home in a big city. They even gave us a car so we could get around while ours was being fixed. I don't think I could have stumbled on to a nicer auto repair shop along the coast. Would definitely recommend.
Paul and his team of mechanics did a great job with my vehicle. He backs his work up 100% and went above and beyond to take of the problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest auto repair shop. I live in Eugene and will continue to travel to Florence to service my vehicle with him. Trust me on this...he's worth the commute! For those of you in Florence...look no further! Paul Potter is awesome! Thanks Paul!
This place was recommended by a mutual friend.Spent 2000$ on new tires and wheels a couple of years ago. recently took the truck in to have tires rotated and discovered potters had put 9/16" lugnuts on 14mm studs. they stripped all the studs out. I had the other tire company replace the studsat a cost of 392$ .potters said they would make it good but i am still waiting,30 days now.
