My mother ordered two bridesmaid dresses from Sher's for my sister and I. Sher's was dishonest and not up front about the total price for both dresses. The price on the tag of the dress that was tried on and ordered was different than the price they ended up charging my mother. They did not tell her this until after they had already charged her for one dress (when she thought she was purchasing two). We have looked for my daughter's prom dress since Christmas break. We went to Lexington, Indianapolis and all over Louisville. We finally stopped at Sher's. We found her dress there. Their selection is great. Their pricing is competitive. Most of all, their customer service is great. The ladies went out of their way to help my daughter find the perfect dress. Wow!!!! You want good customer service Sher's is a step above all the other wedding shops around!!!! When you are there, you are the only customer on her mind. She truly cares about your Wedding & making you feel like a queen. She has great advice!!! A wonderful place to buy your dress for that special, hopefully, the only wedding you will ever have.
