I'm so glad I came to this place. All the staff is so nice and kind. I was glad to see how fast the service was, no need for it to take a long time. I have been back several times. I feel so welcomed, and know all the Estheticians now!
I recently had a Brazilian wax done with Briana, and unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. When I got home, I noticed that some of my skin had lifted from the wax area. I applied cream right away, but I’ve never had this happen before. I usually go to Sarah and have always had great results, but she wasn’t available this time so I booked with whoever was open. I just wanted to share my experience and hope this helps improve future services.
Third update of this nightmare: I now have random people leaving reviews on my personal page as a retaliation for this honest review. Owner has not reached out to make this right. I won't be deleting this because I refuse to be mistreated. Paid in full and tipped for nonsense. Amazing staff!! Super sweet. First time getting a Brazilian and I felt super comfortable! Will definitely come back! Came back and had the best service! At their new location!
They had moved locations to an address right down the road and didn’t have it listed or any notification to clarify this was the case. On top of that, Their apple maps had their old address to make arriving all the more confusing. I was texting the number and eventually when I called about 10 min later, they said yes they had moved, that they will still charge me a no-show because it was too late to come to my appointment even though I was already there.
