I had a great experience at my waxing appointment! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Arely the front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming. Sherry was professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. The whole process was quick and as painless as possible. I'm very pleased with the results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I'm so glad I came to this place. All the staff is so nice and kind. I was glad to see how fast the service was, no need for it to take a long time. I have been back several times. I feel so welcomed, and know all the Estheticians now!

I recently had a Brazilian wax done with Briana, and unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. When I got home, I noticed that some of my skin had lifted from the wax area. I applied cream right away, but I’ve never had this happen before. I usually go to Sarah and have always had great results, but she wasn’t available this time so I booked with whoever was open. I just wanted to share my experience and hope this helps improve future services.

Third update of this nightmare: I now have random people leaving reviews on my personal page as a retaliation for this honest review. Owner has not reached out to make this right. I won't be deleting this because I refuse to be mistreated. Paid in full and tipped for nonsense.
