I think she is phenomenal. Very responsive, caring and good listener. I felt very well taken care of.
I would recommend avoiding Dr D’Souza at all costs. When our daughter was about 17 months old, she fell and her nose bled for two hours. We called the doctor’s after hours line for guidance on how to proceed. Dr. D’Souza told us that nosebleeds are common and that we should try googling the answer ourselves next time. She said that she has a family, too, implying that the call wasn’t worth her time. I was double charged for a visit because we just talked about a medical issue. If I had known I would t have gone further because the conversation wasn’t helpful.
