I am not commenting on the entire salon or the service. I went in there one day ( I am from out of town/not originally from NYC) and asked about the pricing for brows. The woman who happened to be there looked at me and gave me a look and gave me the price as if I had done something wrong. I asked about lashes. She was better that time. Complete lack of etiquette and again, the way she responded was almost as if I was inconvenience to her, and I was a problem. So I walked out. I have been going to this place for about a year now. Not 100% consistently as I no longer live in the area but I do always go back whenever I can. I love the work the young lady does with my eyebrows. In addition to that the price is beyond great. No one can beat it. My last experience there however rubbed me the wrong way and I don’t believe I’ll ever be going back. I went super excited to get my eyebrows done. I would like to add in that I’m currently in esthetician school so infection control is a HUGE THING for us. Now ... read more
