Searched for this dr & found absolutely NO reviews/address; I was impressed w/the credentials, but it appeared she only did video conferences. I scheduled an appt just to get info & when I was texted about completing forms- NO WAY! I called the only number that appeared & after 5 mins talking w/service, I hung up because she only wanted more & more info and had NO clue where this dr was located
