I called to cancel my policy and instead of making it difficult for me they cancelled my policy without a hassle.

I spoke to a progressive representative several times trying to lower my bill. Months ago I was told they couldn’t right now but to call back at renewal. Renewal went up another $25 a month I called and was able to get it back down but after shopping with local car insurance agents I realized I have grossly been over paying. I was told they now raised the prices for older cars as there studies have showed older cars have more accidents. Our cars are a 2015 and a 2009 in very decent condition. I was a client for many years before Al Sicard bought the business. I have 1 moving violation in 25 years along with 1 small fender bender. Just tried to raise my rates by another $50 per month. You would think I am a teenager driving a porsche. Awful customer service. No business hours. Loyal customer to previous agent. Not anymore.
