We had a great experience with the crew at BlueCompass RV in Vidor, TX. Joshua was our sales guide. I am amazed at how easy the whole process went with getting the camper we wanted. Leah went over all the details of our purchase and warranty not just one time but twice so that my husband could understand what we were signing for. Classic bait and switch dealership. I went in for a trade in on a camper and was ready to sign paperwork on the price they had advertised, The advertised price was $11,900 they changed the price on the ad to $15,900 after I mentioned that it was advertised for 11,900 and not 15,900. When the sales person finally came back from the office she said at $15,900 my trade would be $8,000 at $11,900 (the advertised price) my trade would only be $5,000. I dealt with Tristen and Lauren.
