I have gone to this salon a few times and although they were all very nice, the woman who had done my hair initially done a very satisfying job. The last time though it was cut "against the grain" I tried to have it fixed but to no avail. luckily my hair grows quickly. I would suggest if you have curly hair to be cautious of the hair style you are having done.
