Very helpful via the phone, reception usually very pleasant and helpful. I have found Drs most pleasant, kind and supportive.
Amazing doctors and nurses, very efficient, kind and understanding despite often being rushed during appointments. ** changed in regard to a change in experience** I have also had great experiences interacting with the reception staff.
Impossible to get an appointment. Always told you get a call back or directed to go to the walk in centre. Not much point in registering here.

I really don’t get a good feeling from this practice. I never feel at ease when I go in - the GP makes me feel on edge to be honest. I’m rushed out within a few minutes and I feel that I would be regardless of what I went in for. I feel like an inconvenience to be dealt with not a patient to be cared for. Looking to change to a new practice.
