I really don’t get a good feeling from this practice. I never feel at ease when I go in - the GP makes me feel on edge to be honest. I’m rushed out within a few minutes and I feel that I would be regardless of what I went in for. I feel like an inconvenience to be dealt with not a patient to be cared for. Looking to change to a new practice.
I would not recommend this surgery at all. I have an ongoing complaint with the ICB about this surgery. The receptionists are rude and arrogant and condescending and the practice manager the same. I was told that I wasn’t treated by spinal consultant because I had refused admission during Covid, which was an outright lie. I ought to be suing them for their treatment of me.
Amazing doctors and nurses, very efficient, kind and understanding. Unfortunately however, the receptionists can be incredibly rude, unprofessional and condescending.
I Wanted to cancel my appointment. I was on the phone for 28 min to cancel it
