I’m leaving a 1 star review as there’s no zero. Otherwise it would be zero. A few years ago I needed my wedding rings re-rhodiumed, sized and a general look at the three rings. An engagement ring, wedding band and anniversary band. My husband didn’t initially buy the rings there, but that shouldn’t make a difference. It takes 1 week for a wrist battery replacement. Then upon checking to pick it up, it’s still not done, so they have to do it in an hour.

I was a regular customer for years. I worked with them on a custom piece that ended up costing a small fortune. The quality of the jewelry used was extremely poor and Sherring Gold failed to back up their products. There was a total of 4 rings and 3 of the 4 rings lost their stones within days, one twice. The rings were worn for maybe a total of one month in the first year as was constantly in for repairs. The staff were very helpful in helping us choose a particular piece we were looking for and once we got photos printed to get put in they did it for free and had it all done in a day. It was the perfect gift for the recipient and we will definitely go back next time we are looking for something.
